NELA 2025.

Whenever I go to Freeman Alley I take a bunch of lazy photos. It makes my camera roll a joy to scroll, because there are hundreds of these images, all clumped together with these enormous bursts of color.

Over the last few days, I've been at Freeman 3 times. Here's some of the shots I took, in no particular order, with sporadic commentary.

This isn't at Freeman but it's nearby. After my last group yesterday I wandered west from Rivington and Essex, walking slowly, looking around, snapping pics. The weather was glorious. I felt led on a string to this tiny sticker of one of my personal idols, James Baldwin. I walked east from here, bouyant. Met up with D, then coincidentally ended up back at Riv & Essex at The Magician Bar. Wandering brings me so much joy. Really love this sticker. Thank you to whoever put it up.
